Crafted from thermally cut aluminium profiles with 24 mm polyamide insulation, our doors deliver superior thermal efficiency and structural integrity. Three EPDM sealing lines, dual stop lines, and a central sealing system with integrated threshold provide outstanding airtightness and acoustic comfort.
Our integrated handcrafted solid wood faces come a in a variety of premium wood species. The front panel has a thickness of 25mm and has your choice of design carving or something totally custom. The interior panel have a flat 8mm thick panel in matching species. Design carving on exterior and interior is available.
The 92 mm high-density polyurethane core guarantees exceptional strength and insulation and prevents warping, while the premium Fuhr multi point security lock ensures peace of mind without compromising design elegance. Our standard thickness for our Pivot Doors is 125mm.
HINGED DOORS
Designed to enrich contemporary architecture, our Concealed Hinged Entrance Door combines engineering with bold aesthetic expression. Its refined, smooth opening action and optional fully concealed hinge system by Simonswerk create a clean, uninterrupted visual profile suited to premium residential and commercial environments.
The door’s structure is crafted from thermally broken aluminium profiles with 34 mm tubular polyamide insulation, ensuring superior thermal performance and long-lasting rigidity. Three EPDM sealing lines, dual stop seals, and a central sealing system with integrated threshold provide exceptional airtightness and improved acoustic comfort.
Wood faces are handcrafted and carved in solid wood in a curated selection of premium species. Exterior cladding thickness may vary depending on design preference, allowing for expressive carvings, textured patterns, or fully bespoke compositions. The interior face can remain elegantly minimal with a flat panel, or feature matching carvings for continuity.
At its core, a 77 mm high-density polyurethane infill delivers enhanced structural stability and thermal insulation. A premium security lock provides reliable protection while maintaining the door’s refined appearance. Hinges may be specified as concealed for architectural purity or front-applied for a bold, traditional statement.
