We love the outdoors and the landscapes, textures, and movement we experience in nature shape the way we think about design and are reflected throughout our work.
Made in Portugal
Every Saumarra door is handcrafted in Portugal and developed as a unique piece rather than a standard product. From the first sketch to the final finish, each design is carefully considered and built by people who care deeply about the materials and the details. We combine traditional woodworking with modern engineering and digital fabrication, allowing us to create sculptural doors that are both visually distinctive and made for everyday use.
Bespoke Customization
No two pieces are exactly alike. The natural character of the wood, the hand-finished surfaces, and the story behind each design give every door its own identity. Our aim is to create entrances that are functional works of art inspired by the natural world.
