Hinge Types: Pivot or Hinges
A pivot hinge is a hinge system that allows a door to rotate from a fixed pivot point at the top and bottom, rather than being attached to the side. We use FritsJurgens pivot systems, which are known for their high-quality, durable, and concealed pivot technology.
These systems enable smooth movement, greater stability, and a seamless design without requiring a floor-mounted closer. FritsJurgens pivots are ideal for heavy, frameless, or modern doors, including glass and large architectural entries.
A concealed hinge, also known as a hidden hinge or European hinge, is a type of hinge that is not visible when the door is closed. We use Simonswerk Tectus hinges, which are known for their high-quality, fully concealed design that provides a clean, seamless look.
